I’m Angela, a junior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in journalism and Asian American studies with a Chinese minor at the University of Texas at Austin. Through the lens of human, vibrant storytelling, I enjoy writing pieces centered around culture, music and education. Houston-born and raised in the Philippines, I am also passionate about covering marginalized communities and making the news more accessible to them.
